About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with product and design teams to determine solutions meeting client and end-user needs
- Manage development and deployment of software platforms
- Produce high-quality, scalable, and optimized solutions
- Guide and coach direct reports in their career development
- Leverage AI agents and tools to accelerate coding and automate repetitive tasks
- Lead end-to-end design and development of web and mobile applications

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of professional experience building and delivering product-centric software solutions
- Strong understanding of modern web and mobile application development paradigms
- Strong full-stack knowledge
- Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization
- AI driven development
- Experience managing direct reports
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools
- Experience with cloud deployment and management
- Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken
