About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end design and development of web and mobile applications
- Implement high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions using programming languages such as React, React Native, and Node.js
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable databases
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure timely delivery
- Architect modular, scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions aligned with industry best practices and standards
- Lead code review sessions and mentor engineers
- Stay current with full-stack development trends and technologies
- Drive adoption of new techniques, tools, and practices to improve systems and processes
- Communicate with clients to align expectations and provide technical guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience
- Strong understanding of modern web and mobile application development paradigms
- Strong full-stack knowledge
- Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools
- Familiarity with cloud deployment and management is a plus
- Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken
