About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Write and shoot short skits, recurring bits, and street interviews
- Create eye-catching edits with AI video, image, and voice tools
- Identify trends, sounds, and formats early and adapt them for the company
- Post 3–4 times daily on TikTok and Instagram
- Repurpose podcast episodes and team moments into clips
- Run campaigns encouraging Gen Z to engage their homeowner parents
- Analyze performance metrics daily, discontinue underperforming content, and repeat successful formats
Requirements
What you’ll need- In Austin or willing to relocate
- Must work in person 4 days a week
- Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, or Reels; own account counts
- Comfortable reading analytics and changing course quickly
- Knowledge of trending content, sounds, and formats
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, CapCut, and AI video generators
- Comfortable on camera or able to get others on camera
- Link to the best piece of content made required
- Ability to work 15–40 hours per week, based on application options
