About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with C-level leadership to define the product roadmap and align features with business goals
- Gather and translate internal and external stakeholder needs into technical concepts
- Design end-to-end frontend and backend solutions spanning architecture, workflows, and UI
- Lead sprint planning with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate feature implementation across departments
- Remove blockers and protect engineering team focus
- Review design mockups and validate feature quality against client requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience delivering tech products for e-commerce retailers
- Experience delivering client projects, ideally in an agency setting
- Ability to understand technical processes and create IT architectures
- Ability to simplify complex processes for teams
- Experience managing external and senior internal stakeholders
- Understanding of user flows and UX
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
