About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- Design treatment plans of care
- Supervise and monitor behavior technicians
- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals
- Supervise and train ABA technicians
- Implement, model, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill plans
- Support families in understanding assessment results and treatment recommendations
- Graph data and adjust strategies to ensure progress
- Provide routine progress summaries
- Deliver ABA therapy services in homes, schools, and centers
- Collaborate with leadership, staff, families, and support teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid BCBA Certificate
- Maryland LBA
- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Vehicle required for travel between assignments
- Valid driver's license
- Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
- Up to 25% travel
- Monday to Friday availability; weekends as needed
