About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define business problems, identify opportunities for AI-based solutions, and translate them into practical technological solutions
- Write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
- Manage the product backlog and roadmap, and prioritize tasks based on business value
- Lead Proofs of Concept (POCs), evaluate new technologies and GenAI products, and identify solutions best suited to business needs
- Work cross-functionally with business and technology teams, senior management, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders
- Manage escalations, provide status updates, and maintain project momentum despite organizational complexities
- Define KPIs, measure success, and ensure projects deliver measurable business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis
- Proven experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Experience leading end-to-end technology projects, including AI-related initiatives
- Experience working with enterprise systems, complex data, and KPIs
- Proven ability to manage multiple business and technology stakeholders in complex organizational environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or highly regulated industries
- Experience designing and implementing Generative AI and RAG solutions
- Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies and AI solutions
- Experience leading POCs and evaluating GenAI products and technologies
- Experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms
