About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the project management strategy and roadmap for digital transformation and information systems development projects
Manage a project portfolio while ensuring delivery quality and compliance with commercial and technical commitments
Oversee all project phases, from contract signing through completion of the solution deployment
Ensure project governance by facilitating the various project committees and forums
Resolve priority conflicts, anticipate risks, and safeguard project direction
Monitor schedules, budgets, and performance indicators
Manage, support, and develop project managers and multidisciplinary teams
Support change management initiatives to ensure adoption of deployed solutions
Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement
Support sales teams during pre-sales phases, including solution design, responding to specifications, and presenting solutions
Travel within the assigned region

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience managing complex projects
Ability to make decisions and resolve priority conflicts in a transformation context
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong commitment to engagement, performance, and customer satisfaction
Ability to develop solutions to problems identified within a project
Ability to communicate, collaborate, and allocate tasks among project stakeholders
High degree of autonomy
