About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze needs and translate them into appropriate learning solutions
Design multimodal training programs: in-person, remote, virtual classrooms, e-learning, and blended learning
Define learning objectives, learning activities, and assessment methods
Structure the architecture and instructional scenarios of learning programs
Ensure the overall consistency of designed learning programs
Transform business expertise into digital learning content
Design instructional scenarios and storyboards for e-learning modules
Design and produce interactive e-learning modules and digital learning resources
Integrate quizzes, simulations, videos, interactions, and reinforcement activities
Coordinate content production with specialized providers when necessary
Ensure the quality, updating, and ongoing development of produced content
Facilitate instructional design workshops with subject-matter experts and internal trainers
Support subject-matter experts in structuring and adapting their knowledge for learning purposes
Define and continuously improve instructional design standards and methodologies
Ensure the quality and consistency of training programs
Drive adoption of learning programs through communication initiatives and learning community engagement
Analyze learner feedback to improve learning programs
Monitor developments in learning innovation, digital learning, and the use of AI in training
Collaborate with external partners to design or evolve tailored training programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education degree in instructional design, digital learning, education sciences, or human resources
Significant experience designing training programs and creating multimodal learning pathways
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles
Strong knowledge of content storyboarding and instructional scripting
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or equivalent solutions
Comfortable working with LMS platforms
Knowledge of SCORM standards
Proficiency with digital content creation tools such as Canva, Genially, and Vyond
Curiosity about learning innovation, digital learning, and applications of generative AI in training
Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to simplify complex content
Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and independently manage projects, both internally and with external partners
