About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze needs and translate them into appropriate learning solutions
- Design multimodal learning pathways: in-person, remote, virtual classrooms, e-learning, and blended learning
- Define learning objectives, learning activities, and assessment methods
- Lead the instructional design of internal training projects or projects delivered with external providers
- Ensure the overall coherence of designed learning pathways
- Design instructional scenarios and storyboards for e-learning modules
- Transform subject-matter expertise into digital learning content
- Produce or coordinate the development of digital learning resources: interactive modules, video content, learning materials, and learning activities
- Ensure the quality, maintenance, and continuous improvement of developed content
- Support subject-matter experts and internal trainers in structuring and adapting their content for learning
- Facilitate instructional design workshops
- Define and evolve instructional design standards and methodologies
- Ensure the quality and consistency of training programs
- Drive adoption of training programs through communication initiatives and engagement of the learning community
- Leverage learner feedback to improve learning pathways
- Monitor innovations in learning design, digital learning, and the use of AI in training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education qualification in instructional design, digital learning, educational sciences, or human resources
- Significant experience designing training programs and creating multimodal learning pathways
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles
- Strong expertise in content scripting and storyboarding
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or equivalent solutions
- Proficiency with LMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of SCORM standards
- Proficiency with digital content creation tools such as Canva, Genially, and Vyond
- Interest in learning innovations and the use of generative AI
- Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with subject-matter experts, external partners, and a range of stakeholders
- Ability to independently lead projects and deliver impact
