About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage directly with clients, working in partnership with the Account Manager to understand their needs
  • Advise and guide clients toward the best talent acquisition strategy
  • Write engaging, transparent, and targeted job advertisements
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates according to scientific recruitment standards and methods
  • Analyze psychometric and cognitive assessments
  • Prepare comprehensive candidate dossiers and advocate for profiles with clients
  • Lead salary and employment conditions negotiations
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of contracts, work permits, and certificates
  • Support consultants on assignment and build lasting relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a client-facing role (including internships and student jobs)
  • Native-level proficiency in French
  • Very good English proficiency (minimum C1 level)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable using digital tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Able to stand by and advocate for your convictions when working with demanding clients
