About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle support tickets for customers in the wood industry
- Analyze customer requests and understand the underlying processes
- Develop suitable and sustainable solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Understanding of production and manufacturing processes
- Interest in the wood industry
- Initial experience in in-house consulting or support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or the willingness to become an expert in it
- Affinity for using AI for research, analysis, and solution development
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated results
- Confident communication in German and English
- Ability to collaborate with customers, consultants, and developers
