About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects, including BOPIS, Ship-from-Store, Endless Aisle, and POS integrations, from concept to launch
Work with Solution Architects and Engineering Leads to ensure technical designs are scalable and aligned with business goals
Identify and resolve critical path dependencies between frontend teams (Web/Mobile), backend services (OMS/ERP), and third-party logistics providers
Provide clear, data-driven status reporting to VP-level executives regarding program health, risks, and milestone achievements
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Quarterly Planning (PI Planning) sessions to prioritize the backlog effectively
Drive execution of the Omnichannel roadmap across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations
Orchestrate a portfolio of complex, interdependent projects unifying customer experience across mobile apps and web

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of Technical Program Management experience
At least 3 years dedicated to eCommerce, Retail, or Supply Chain domains
Proven track record delivering Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS), Curbside Pickup, or Returns Management features
Demonstrated ability to manage 3+ complex technical projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of API integrations (REST/GraphQL)
Understanding of Microservices architecture
Understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Expert proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project
