About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Capture customer requirements for applications
Architect and engineer Above Baseline Software (ABS) package and deployment solutions based on customer requirements
Work with customers to fully configure applications after deployment
Document procedures and architecture for ABS solutions
Create and perform basic-functionality testing of ABS solutions
Follow Microsoft and customer change control processes for ABS
Deliver software application hosting capabilities such as Remote App
Perform application updates and maintenance, collaborating with other teams as necessary
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for first- and third-party ABS and coordinate with vendors for additional support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cloud computing, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, or related roles
2+ years in a technical leadership role
Demonstrated experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell
1 year of experience managing Agile boards such as Azure DevOps
Experience leading teams to deliver client-focused solutions
TS/SCI clearance required
Valid US passport required
US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship required
