About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a fleet of approximately 20,000 devices, including Windows and macOS laptops and Cloud PCs
Manage configuration and compliance of several thousand BYOD Android and iOS/iPadOS mobile devices
Use Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro extensively
Use PowerShell and Bash scripting
Design, build, test, deploy, and support applications, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and operating system deployments
Join and contribute to an established endpoint engineering team at Accenture Federal Services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five years’ experience in the Information Technology field
Significant experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Group Policy Objects (bonus)
Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft 365 apps (bonus)
Must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
