About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage secure financial mechanisms for disbursing funds to multiple teams worldwide
- Report to the Senior Operations Manager
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Project Officer
- Oversee timely disbursement of funds to project teams
- Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor funding mechanisms
- Build and maintain financial books for proper accounting of all funds
- Prepare financial reports and briefings on funding mechanisms
- Account for all funds, maintain financial records, and provide monthly reports to the Project Manager
- Ensure teams are properly funded for successful project delivery in a complex federal contracting environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of experience in sensitive operational and inter agency support, finance and accounting, HUMINT, signature reduction support and infrastructure development, and risk management/reduction
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field; or 4 years additional equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a federal contracting environment
- Top Secret clearance or higher required
- Proven ability to interface effectively with personnel at all organizational levels, both technical and non technical
- Familiarity with federal contracting environments, governance processes, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment and handle stressful situations
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and ability to manage reporting and project communications
- US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirement
