About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Become deeply familiar with the solution architecture, codebases, and data models across Microsoft Dataverse and C#/.NET services in Azure
- Design, develop, and test Dataverse and C#/.NET containerized-service solutions for new requirements and defects
- Write automated tests meeting project-level standards
- Review, document, and analyze existing Power Platform Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows
- Recommend improvements and level-of-effort estimates for reliability, performance, usability, and maintainability
- Participate in backlog grooming, story refinement, and client engagement sessions
- Design, implement, and test enhancements and new apps, including Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, dashboards, and Power Platform capabilities
- Support development, testing, and production environments through deployment and maintenance activities
- Collaborate through pair programming, open team communication, and AI-driven development practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. Person
- Advanced skills in .NET Core
- Strong knowledge of microservices and lightweight application architecture
- Proficient in Docker-based containerization
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Container Registry
- Proficiency developing .NET/C# applications, including console apps, Azure Functions, and containerized services
- Experience developing model-driven Power Apps in Dataverse, including plugin development using C#
- Familiarity with AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, CLIN, and RooCode
- Skills in data model design
- Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps build and release pipelines
- Knowledge of Power Platform environment configuration and administration
- U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirement
- Public Trust clearance level
