Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
Configure and customize Fast Formulas across Oracle HCM modules
Troubleshoot and resolve complex formula-related issues
Support integrations, reporting, and analytics requirements
Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing production support

Requirements

Experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions

U.S. Citizen
Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
Experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula development projects or teams (bonus)
