About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, test, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Configure, customize, and support Fast Formulas across Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex formula-related issues and system defects
  • Support integrations, reporting, and analytics requirements related to HCM processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and support materials
  • Provide guidance on Fast Formula development best practices, performance optimization, and deployment standards
  • Support unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience developing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, customization, and integration capabilities
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex HCM formula and configuration issues
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional implementation and support teams
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship for employment authorization in the United States
