Key responsibilities & impact

Lead functional activities for a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade project for a U.S. federal utility
Support functional and technical activities across requirements analysis, configuration, customization, and testing
Configure PeopleSoft HCM modules according to functional specifications
Develop or modify PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and integration components
Support requirements sessions and contribute to functional and technical design documentation
Create and execute test scripts to validate configurations and customizations

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience; PeopleSoft HCM 9.x preferred
Experience gathering functional requirements and performing technical configuration/development
Experience with PeopleSoft upgrade projects and understanding of upgrade tools/methodologies
Knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker, web services, and interface development
U.S. Citizen
Top Secret clearance
Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirement
