About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with cross-functional agile teams to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements
- Develop customized solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Design, code, and implement Power Platform applications aligned with business requirements and technical best practices
- Write unit tests and confirm functionality meets acceptance criteria
- Define development goals, estimates, and timelines for agile delivery planning
- Test application stability, performance, and functionality throughout the development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, including bugs and integration problems
- Create technical documentation and deliver training to end users or project teams
- Maintain application software integrity and security in accordance with enterprise standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform Developer Associate Certification (PL-400 or higher)
- 3+ years of experience as a software developer using object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#, C++), including at least 2 years of direct Java experience
- 3+ years of experience working with low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.; direct Microsoft Power Platform experience strongly desired
- 3+ years of experience developing on relational database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB)
- 3+ years of data modeling experience, including creating and modifying standard and custom objects
- 3+ years of experience developing with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap)
- 3+ years of experience using JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, and working with APIs to support low-code/no-code solutions
- 3+ years of experience working on agile delivery teams and performing testing, debugging, root cause analysis, and authoring technical artifacts
- 3+ years of experience using Git for branching/merging, code reviews, and pull requests
- 2+ years of experience deploying Microsoft Power Platform applications
- U.S. Citizen
- Work authorization in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
