About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and engineer SaaS software solutions, emphasizing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and automation for the GCC High environment
- Support Microsoft 365, including Office applications, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Purview DLP, and Copilot
- Handle user tickets and incidents
- Design and develop solutions for applications as use cases and capabilities evolve
- Plan tasks and schedules, prioritize deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders
- Streamline deployment workflows and optimize efficiency using DevOps delivery pipeline tools and processes
- Collaborate with security, identity, and engineering teams
- Contribute to larger group initiatives, process improvements, and best practices across technical domains
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
- Experience supporting Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience supporting Microsoft Purview, specifically Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and sensitivity labels
- Experience supporting Entra and Active Directory
- Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel
- Good oral and written communication and customer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger group
- Experience with JIRA application (bonus)
- Experience supporting Exchange Server Subscriber Edition (bonus)
- Experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio (bonus)
- Experience working in and supporting a GCC High environment (bonus)
