About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and test HRSD and EC Pro modules
- Gather requirements, identify solution options, and recommend best practices with team members
- Customize and enhance platform features using scripting, configuration, and UI development
- Participate in design discussions to ensure consistent architecture and solution integrity
- Stay informed of ServiceNow updates and industry best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with HRSD and EC Pro
- Strong capabilities in configuration, testing, design, and development within ServiceNow
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Proven experience designing and deploying high-quality ServiceNow solutions
- US Citizenship required
- Must be eligible to obtain a government secret clearance
- Work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
