About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee testing activities for large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations
Lead testing efforts across System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Develop and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and quality processes
Define and track testing metrics, test execution progress, and defect resolution activities
Validate end-to-end business processes and system requirements using business and functional knowledge
Coordinate and lead quality engineers, client resources, and project stakeholders during testing cycles
Plan testing activities and manage project timelines
Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Drive defect management, issue resolution, and testing readiness for production deployment

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience leading testing initiatives, including System Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT
2+ years of experience planning project work and reporting status to program stakeholders
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and defect management
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
US Citizen
Work authorization in the US that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
