About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, review, and organize incoming travel requests from project personnel
- Ensure required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with program standards
- Submit travel requests to the client for approval and track status through completion
- Follow up on pending approvals and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Maintain records of travel submissions, approvals, and supporting documents
- Coordinate multiple travel requests simultaneously and ensure timely processing
- Support process documentation and maintain current travel workflow procedures
- Handle sensitive and confidential information according to program and client requirements
- Provide customer service to team members, stakeholders, and client representatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years experience in administration, process documentation or project management support
- Experience managing, tracking, and processing travel requests
- Experience submitting structured requests through formal approval workflows
- Experience supporting PMO operations, administrative workflows, or travel coordination
- Must be a US citizen (No Dual Citizenship)
- Must possess an active Secret clearance
- Must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
