Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including billing, credit, collections, and cash applications.
Define and enhance credit policies and collection strategies, contributing to the mitigation of financial risks.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators such as DSO, aging, and delinquency rates.
Act as a strategic partner to the Sales and Finance teams, fostering alignment between operations and business objectives.
Lead automation, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives for financial processes.
Ensure compliance with tax requirements, internal controls, and corporate policies.
Lead strategic projects, system implementations, audits, and complex negotiations with key customers.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Solid experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Billing, or related areas (8+ years).
In-depth knowledge of financial, accounting, and tax processes.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Experience with leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience with digital transformation projects and financial process automation.
Advanced knowledge of credit and risk management practices.
Experience in multinational environments and shared services centers.
Certifications or specializations related to Finance, Processes, or Project Management.
