Develop innovative, future-focused data science and AI solutions for clients
Drive the adoption of generative and agentic AI
Identify improvement, value-creation, and data-driven use cases
Develop targeted analyses
Design, test, and implement solutions from prototype through production deployment
Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams with leading companies and institutions worldwide
Work closely with client-side decision-makers
Successfully implement and scale AI solutions in real-world environments
Support solutions from initial concept through scaling

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed a relevant master’s or PhD-level degree in mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering, economics, or a related field
At least 2–3 years of experience in data science
Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning
Strong understanding of generative AI, such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Initial experience with agentic AI and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
Strong programming skills in Python or R
Experience with Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Experience with data aggregation, such as SQL or Spark
Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, vector, or graph databases is a plus
Knowledge of BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is a plus
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
Ability to solve problems analytically, creatively, and effectively
Willingness to travel as required by projects
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills in German and English
Strong customer focus
