About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and manipulate large volumes of data
- Build datasets and clean and prepare data using SQL and Python
- Develop analyses and automate analytical processes with Python, Pandas, and NumPy

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience analyzing and manipulating large volumes of data, using SQL and Python to build datasets, clean and prepare data, and develop analyses
- Proficiency in SQL, including CTEs, window functions, subqueries, query optimization, and analytical queries
- Proficiency in Python, particularly Pandas and NumPy, for data preparation, analysis automation, EDA, and statistical testing
- Knowledge of applied statistics, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, correlation, linear regression, distributions, and statistical significance
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to turn data into recommendations that support business decisions
- Knowledge of Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Git, and CI/CD practices is a plus
- Experience with collections, credit recovery, delinquent portfolios, and customer segmentation is a plus
- Knowledge of omnichannel strategies and channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, dialers, and Contact Centers is a plus
- Experience with A/B testing, control groups, impact analysis, and results measurement is a plus
