Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic financial analyses, supporting business decisions through projections, scenario planning, and data-driven recommendations
Coordinate financial planning (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial close, and performance tracking
Serve as a subject-matter expert for accounting processes, ensuring compliance with local and international standards
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations, ensuring the organization’s financial health
Develop and monitor financial KPIs and executive dashboards to support leadership decision-making
Collaborate with global teams and international stakeholders, leading meetings and delivering presentations in English
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and financial efficiency

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury
Advanced analytical skills for interpreting financial data and generating strategic insights
Strong communication and influencing skills when working with leadership and business teams
Proactive, self-directed approach, with the ability to operate independently in dynamic and complex environments
Fluent English for interaction with global teams, executive presentations, and meeting facilitation
Knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian GAAP (BRGAAP) preferred
Knowledge of cash flow management, working capital, and long-term financial planning preferred
Knowledge of SAP ERP and financial planning tools preferred
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools preferred
Experience with financial transformation, process automation, or process digitization projects preferred
