Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze, detail, and document functional requirements in collaboration with business users
Lead meetings with stakeholders to understand needs, identify challenges, and support solution definition
Act as the liaison between business areas and technical teams
Manage multiple requests simultaneously, helping ensure that deliverables are completed within agreed-upon deadlines
Interact directly with clients, executive stakeholders, and professionals with varying levels of experience and maturity
Support data initiatives in an AWS environment
For leadership positions, serve as a focal point, support team coordination, and lead initiatives with greater autonomy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience gathering, detailing, and documenting functional requirements
Consultative profile with strong communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to interact with users, clients, and senior management stakeholders
Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS
Ability to manage multiple activities, priorities, and requests simultaneously
Intermediate or advanced English for interaction in a global environment
Spanish, particularly for interaction with teams in Spain (preferred)
Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with investment funds or asset management (preferred)
Basic Python knowledge (preferred)
Experience managing complex requests and working in high-pressure environments with multiple priorities and a strong sense of urgency (preferred)
For leadership positions, experience coordinating teams or serving as a focal point
