About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during the construction lifecycle
Ensure alignment between all project stakeholders
Manage overall project delivery
Manage project budget through scope, schedule, cost, change, cashflow, and risk management, including recovery strategies
Participate in continuous improvement plans
Enforce the Client’s project processes, procedures, and policies
Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Client and representatives
Monitor training of project staff in coordination with the client and available programs
Promote positive staff morale, professionalism, and attitude, and help resolve deficiencies
Maintain understanding of Company/Owner contract and project correspondence and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred, OR additional four (4) years of related experience
5+ years of senior level construction management or design management experience supporting Advanced Manufacturing construction environments
15+ years of project management experience
Experience on projects under design and/or construction
Experience managing people
Advanced certifications such as CCM, PMP, CEM, or CPMP are advantageous
Experience commissioning hyperscale and/or colocation data centers
Flexibility to travel to work location
Commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient design practices
