About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary lead for major client accounts or a portfolio of smaller projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Drive client retention, account expansion, and business development to support overall firm growth
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and the development and management of fee proposals
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow the Cost Management service offering
  • Oversee financial performance, including revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, and forecasting
  • Lead cost control strategies and provide expert guidance in capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk mitigation
  • Deliver value engineering and cost-saving recommendations that maintain quality and performance standards
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, mentoring, and training
  • Lead internal QA/QC reviews, post-project evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize processes to improve performance
  • Represent the firm at industry events and act as a senior advisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in Cost Management
  • At least 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Data Center Experience preferable
  • Certifications preferred: MRICS, CCP, PMP or equivalent
