About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on finance transformation projects (CFO Advisory), supporting end-to-end initiatives
- Map, document, and redesign financial processes (RTR, PTP, OTC)
- Conduct gap analyses and support the definition and implementation of operational improvements
- Support ERP implementation or enhancement projects, including SAP S/4HANA initiatives
- Contribute to the preparation of deliverables, presentations, and analyses for mid-sized and large clients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and project leadership in dynamic environments
- Lead financial transformation projects for large organizations, connecting business, operations, and technology
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (Production, Industrial, Civil, or related fields), Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields
- Advanced or fluent English
- Willingness to travel
- Previous experience with financial processes and/or transformation or systems implementation projects
- Knowledge of Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive profile, quick learner, and results-oriented
- Intermediate, advanced, or fluent Spanish — preferred
- Participation in finance transformation or CFO Advisory projects in a consulting environment — preferred
- Experience with SAP ERP, especially SAP S/4HANA — preferred
- Experience in Revenue Assurance projects or the Financial Services sector — preferred
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and process redesign — preferred
- Experience working with large enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders — preferred
- Familiarity with project management and digital transformation methodologies — preferred
