About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform qualitative and quantitative validations of requests submitted by clients, ensuring the information recorded in systems is accurate and compliant.
- Conduct analyses and controls related to Human Resources processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs), proposing actions to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations based on operational indicators.
- Process, consolidate, and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Support process improvement and operational automation initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of SLA monitoring and KPI tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
- Knowledge of data processing, report preparation, and chart creation.
- Analytical, organized, and quality-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
