About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute processes for creating, modifying, and revoking access to corporate systems in accordance with requests and internal policies
Support identity lifecycle management throughout user onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes
Provision and maintain access, helping ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
Support periodic access reviews (recertifications), ensuring the appropriate assignment of roles and permissions
Log, track, and resolve access management requests using ITSM tools
Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, and Compliance teams to ensure appropriate access controls
Document processes, controls, and evidence, supporting internal and external audits and strengthening Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exclusively for persons with disabilities
High school diploma
Basic knowledge of compliance and controls related to SOX, LGPD, and ISO 27001
Understanding of Information Security and Data Privacy concepts and best practices
Experience with or familiarity with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar tools
Experience with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow
Basic knowledge of access governance, segregation of duties, and identity controls
Intermediate Spanish is a plus
