About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define requirements and support the delivery of future features and technical solutions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand client needs and define solutions
- Support impact analyses related to changes, enhancements, and new requests
- Prepare estimates for work requests submitted by the client
- Review requirements, estimates, and impacts, contributing to the quality and feasibility of deliverables
- Support the functional and technical evolution of applications under your responsibility
- Support deployments, user acceptance testing, application maintenance, and solution monitoring in corporate environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Analytical and organized profile with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with different departments and stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and interaction with internal and external clients
- Interest in continuous learning and development in cloud, infrastructure, automation, and AI
- Ability to manage multiple challenges and day-to-day demands simultaneously
- Knowledge of Linux is desirable, including essential commands, system navigation, and file management
- Basic knowledge of Docker and container concepts is desirable
- Knowledge of AWS and Azure is desirable, with an understanding of key services and cloud infrastructure fundamentals
- Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, and connectivity is desirable
- Knowledge of Python for reading, maintaining, and creating simple scripts is desirable
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, APIs, and LLMs is desirable
- Knowledge of monitoring and performance analysis tools is desirable
- Knowledge of APIs, OAuth2, ServiceNow, Jira, and system integrations is desirable
- Knowledge of application deployment, maintenance, and user acceptance testing processes is desirable
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for reading and interpreting technical documentation
