About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, monitor, and analyze delinquency metrics, focusing on the results of the Allowance for Doubtful Accounts (PDD)
Calculate and control customer PDD, including reconciliation between the operational and accounting reserves
Develop and maintain strategic reports, Power BI dashboards, and executive presentations
Structure, query, and analyze data in Oracle or SQL
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts, analyzing variances, trends, and opportunities
Prepare evidence related to SOX controls, ensuring information is organized and reliable
Collaborate with different areas of the company to align information, track results, and support decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
Intermediate knowledge of Oracle or SQL, including query development
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and experience with SAP
Analytical, proactive, and organized profile, with strong communication skills and a sense of urgency
Knowledge of statistics (preferred)
Knowledge of SAS (preferred)
Experience with delinquency metrics and the Allowance for Doubtful Accounts (preferred)
Knowledge of SOX controls (preferred)
Basic English proficiency (preferred)
