About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic optimization initiatives across end-to-end logistics and reverse logistics operations
  • Serve as the technical point of reference in relationships with carriers and strategic partners
  • Conduct complex negotiations and ensure compliance with SLAs and performance indicators
  • Conduct advanced analyses of the complete order lifecycle (Order-to-Delivery)
  • Anticipate operational risks and propose structural solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Lead investigations into critical incidents through root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Drive action plans and align strategies with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop, monitor, and enhance KPIs and executive dashboards
  • Promote governance, visibility, and data-driven decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for operational transformation and continuous improvement
  • Drive innovation, automation, and process standardization initiatives
  • Influence cross-functional teams and support the development of logistics strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in logistics operations, transportation, and reverse logistics in a strategic capacity
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, FTL/LTL operations, performance management, and logistics KPIs
  • Experience with advanced data analysis, continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies), and KPI management
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI, is desirable
  • Analytical mindset, influential communication skills, a systems perspective, and the ability to independently lead initiatives and projects
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence and data visualization tools is desirable
  • Knowledge of logistics process automation and optimization is desirable
  • Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies is desirable
  • Certifications or specializations in Supply Chain, Logistics, Lean, or Six Sigma are desirable
  • Postgraduate education in supply chain and operations-related fields is desirable
  • Completed high school education (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Job location: São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo
