About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, understand, and document business needs in a core banking project impacting multiple banking areas
  • Facilitate and moderate interactions between business and IT stakeholders in a mixed team of Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX Designer, Customer Support and a Squad Owner
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Define context, activity, and entity-relationship diagrams and accommodate dependencies
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Write and estimate user stories with the development team
  • Contribute to milestones and ensure acceptance criteria are defined
  • Manage the product roadmap
  • Propose implementation roadmaps to the customer
  • Understand business objectives, guide stakeholders, and challenge priorities
  • Perform functional testing
  • Train, mentor, and coach other Product Owners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Very good ability to understand the business context
  • Experience in applying agile methodologies
  • Good communication skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage change and work in a dynamic environment
  • Proven client facing and stakeholder management experience, with focus on customer needs and business value
  • Spoken and written fluency in English
