About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Delivery Partner Manager in developing and strengthening relationships with delivery partners
- Screen, interview, and assess external partner resources based on project requirements and internal standards
- Collaborate with hiring teams, delivery partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand project needs
- Facilitate effective partner engagement
- Coordinate the end-to-end screening process, including documentation, database updates, stakeholder communication, and timely feedback in line with agreed SLAs
- Research delivery partner capabilities and market trends to support resource identification and informed decision-making
- Provide process guidance and consultancy to internal stakeholders
- Ensure consistent application of delivery partner management practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery partner management processes, tools, and ways of working
- Identify opportunities and propose enhancements
- Share knowledge, provide guidance to colleagues, and contribute to stakeholder satisfaction and business objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition
- Expertise in screening and assessing technical and functional profiles
- Experience with competency-based interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Experience working with international candidates and stakeholders
- Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with ATS, recruitment platforms, and CRMs
- Strong process management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and SLAs
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills
- Professional proficiency in German, both written and spoken
