About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead co-marketing with existing partners through joint campaigns, content, webinars, and events
- Cultivate predictable-performing channels reaching buyers and the oncology community
- Build demand generation programs that raise awareness and educate future buyers at targeted employer accounts
- Develop account-based campaigns for priority health plans and high-value partners
- Plan and manage paid programs and LinkedIn advertising with clear goals and performance tracking
- Own webinar and campaign calendars, including speaker coordination, promotion, production, follow-up, and program extension
- Run email marketing, including newsletters and nurture campaigns
- Update campaign landing pages and the website
- Own website performance, engagement, SEO, and GEO
- Manage campaign operations in HubSpot, including lists, forms, emails, workflows, lead routing, reporting, and data quality
- Run operations within the webinar platform
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth teams to develop presentations, content, and campaign materials
- Support earned media opportunities and improve content discoverability through search
- Own the demand generation budget, tracking spend, reporting results, and adjusting investments based on performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; experience may substitute for minimum education
- 5 years in B2B demand generation, ideally within healthcare, benefits, or a partner/channel-driven business model
- Experience marketing to or through health plans, payers, or employer benefits platforms
- Experience running co-marketing programs with external partners and account-based campaigns for a defined, high-value target list
- Proven sourced-pipeline ownership
- Strong hands-on HubSpot skills, including building, launching, measuring, and troubleshooting campaigns
- Hands-on experience across webinars, paid media, and content/earned channels
- Strong budget management and performance reporting skills
- Experience building presentations, editorials, and other collateral
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Working knowledge of SEO and emerging generative/AI search optimization (GEO) nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- HubSpot certifications preferred
- Startup and/or oncology/digital health experience preferred
- Experience managing external agencies preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
- Must not require visa sponsorship; F-1 OPT/STEM OPT and CPT training programs are not supported
