Key responsibilities & impact

Perform solutions implementation for comprehensive solutions addressing document-centric customer business problems
Implement ASend, SCS CAC/PIV, uniFLOW suite of applications, and other output management solutions
Provide implementation support and solve technical problems related to software and other services during installation
Validate technical solutions for feasibility
Function as a technical resource when help desk assistance is needed during escalations
Assist with pre-sales activities for solution sales
Manage relationships between internal and external support teams during technical escalations
Manage delivery plans, client expectations, scope of work, and administrative project tracking
Guide customers through software configuration, administration, and maintenance
Create user documentation
Provide education and training to existing clients

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
3 to 5 years of related experience
Available to work beyond standard hours as required
CDIA+ certification, or attainment within the first 6 months of employment
Network+ certification, or one of Network+, Cloud+, or Security+; if not presently certified, work toward attaining within six months of promotion
Required core certifications for uniFLOW: Technician and Online Foundation
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Required minimum auto insurance coverage
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must reside in the United States at the time of hire
Visa sponsorship is not available
Occasional local/regional travel may be required, 1–5 days or more depending on implementation size and complexity
