About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and define course goals
Design and develop AI-enhanced learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design models
Personalize content, automate workflows, and optimize learner engagement
Create microlearning, eLearning, and instructor-led materials using Articulate 360, Synthesia, and similar tools
Develop instructor guides, student guides, facilitator guides, and interactive content
Engage and follow up with subject matter experts to gather content and clarify technical details
Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and timely SME input
Manage multiple projects using project management best practices
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions
Stay current with instructional design, learning technology, and print-solution trends
Complete control documents and maintain records according to department standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
3 to 5 years of related instructional design experience in a corporate environment
Hands-on experience in learning and development, particularly instructor-led training design, including facilitator guides and related materials
Proficiency in Articulate 360, Google Docs, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Experience with Synthesia or similar video tools is a plus
Experience leveraging AI tools to personalize, automate, and optimize learning solutions
Experience designing microlearning, web-based training, and virtual and in-person instructor-led training
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models such as ADDIE, and learner engagement strategies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to work independently
Business acumen and understanding of sales processes
Knowledge of enterprise office equipment, production print technologies, digital workflows, large format printing, and integrated software solutions is a plus
Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
Clean, valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Must reside in the United States at the time of hire
