About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform solutions implementation for comprehensive document-centric customer business solutions
- Implement ASend, SCS CAC/PIV, uniFLOW suite applications, and other output management solutions
- Provide implementation support and solve technical problems related to software and services during installation
- Validate technical solutions for feasibility
- Serve as a technical resource when help desk assistance is needed during escalations
- Assist with pre-sales activities for solution sales
- Coordinate relationships among internal and external support teams during technical escalations
- Manage delivery plans, client expectations, scope of work, and administrative project tracking
- Guide customers through software configuration, administration, and maintenance
- Create user documentation
- Provide education and training to existing clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Available to work beyond standard hours as required
- CDIA+ certification, or must attain it within the first 6 months of employment
- Network+ certification, or one of Network+, Cloud+, or Security+; if not presently certified, work toward attaining it within six months of promotion
- Core Certifications for uniFLOW: Technician and Online Foundation
- Desired: MS 365, Azure, or AWS Fundamental or Associate certification
- Occasional local/regional travel may be required, 1–5 days or more depending on implementation size and complexity
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Required minimum auto insurance coverages
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Visa sponsorship is not supported
- Must reside in the United States at the time of hire
