About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct document review and disclosure exercises
- Assess documentation for relevance and evidential value
- Use Relativity and other e-disclosure platforms to manage and review material
- Review documents for redaction and confidentiality considerations
- Assist with preparation of witness statements and supporting materials
- Support wider inquiry-related legal and administrative activities
- Assist with review of hard copy documents held in archives across the UK
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active SC (Security Check) Clearance; absolute requirement
- Previous experience working on a public inquiry
- Experience of document review and disclosure processes
- Familiarity with relevance review methodologies
- Experience using Relativity for document review
- Experience carrying out redactions and handling sensitive material
- Experience supporting witness statement preparation
- Experience working within large-scale investigations, inquiries, or litigation matters
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation
- Ability to work independently in a largely remote environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the Inquiry's offices in Sheffield and archive locations across the UK
