About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide home health occupational therapy in a field-based position
- Serve patients across Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, and Hayward
- Manage a flexible schedule and hours autonomously within the assigned territory
- Deliver patient care while using AI-powered charting tools to streamline documentation
- Coordinate equipment-related needs with DME support
- Collaborate with dedicated administrative coordinators and the in-house support team
- Participate in professional development, training, precepting, clinical education, or clinical leadership opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical OT experience
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
