About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Independent Contractor Program
- Support a growing community of independent travel advisors, with a focus on premium and luxury leisure travel
- Serve as the primary connection between independent advisors, internal teams, and supplier partners
- Recruit and onboard advisors for the independent contractor program

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of leisure travel experience
- At least 3 years of experience working with an independent contractor program
- Strong understanding of leisure travel operations
- Strong understanding of the premium and luxury travel market
- Strong understanding of laws, regulations, and compliance considerations governing independent contractor relationships and programs, including worker classification
- Understanding of appropriate boundaries between independent contractors and employees
- Understanding of the unique needs of independent travel advisors
- Ability to balance regulatory compliance with meaningful resources and business support
- Effective communication skills
- Collaborative, results-oriented leadership
