About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform daily checks of scales, pH meters, and other equipment
- Manage inventory of reagents, standards, reference materials, and laboratory consumables
- Monitor the expiration dates, storage, and preservation conditions of laboratory materials
- Control the movement, consumption, and records of substances subject to special regulatory control by the Federal Police, Army, and Civil Police
- Request replenishment of materials and follow up on purchasing, receipt, and distribution processes
- Organize storerooms, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Open service requests when necessary
- Support the management of laboratory routines, including inventory control and monitoring equipment maintenance and calibration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or quality control laboratories
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
- Experience controlling chemical products subject to inspection by the Federal Police, Army, and Civil Police is a plus
