Key responsibilities & impact

Propose, monitor, and execute low- and medium-complexity projects, construction works, and improvements in maintenance and/or projects
Analyze low- and medium-complexity technical proposals, evaluating designs and technical scope and ensuring execution in accordance with company guidelines
Execute projects, drawings, and layouts, and prepare budgets and cost estimates for low- and medium-complexity projects
Ensure project schedules are met by managing the cost-versus-timeline balance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an active CREA professional registration
Experience in the role within the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics industries, working with utilities (chilled water, compressed air, steam, and purified water) and HVAC systems
Experience overseeing construction project implementation
Experience with AutoCAD and MS Project
SAP knowledge is a plus
Experience with air-conditioning (HVAC) projects is a plus
