About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the Technology project portfolio, including risks and issues, and propose preventive and corrective actions
Conduct periodic financial management of projects in collaboration with the Project Lead
Work with Project Managers to monitor deliveries according to the approved scope, cost, and schedule
Drive process improvements
Update and train the IT team on Project Management methodologies and tools
Collect the capacity plan for IT resources available for projects
Monitor outsourced service partners in accordance with established agreements
Lead projects when necessary
Manage lessons learned
Support the use and oversight of the Project Management tool
Provide mentoring to the project team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in Project Management and project administration routines
Knowledge of and experience with Project Management, PMBOK, and Agile methods and metrics
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, EPM, and PPM
Knowledge of Agile methodology processes, including Kanban and Scrum
Knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management
Knowledge of project financial management
Experience with SAP projects is desirable
Availability to work on-site Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays
Working hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., working remotely
