About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment
Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture
Explain debt resolution strategies, program structure, and expected outcomes
Balance empathy with direction while guiding customers through complex decisions
Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often within 1–2 calls
Prioritize opportunities and execute targeted follow-up to maximize conversion
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Guide customers facing unsecured debt toward personalized solutions to regain financial control

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in inside sales
Preference for consultative or financial sales environments
Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment
Ability to navigate emotional and analytical conversations
Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities
Confidence discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long-term outcomes
High School diploma or equivalent
High-speed internet/fiber broadband connection
Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday closing shifts
Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 12:30pm and 9:00pm CDT
